The CCA Estero II project (a.k.a. Estero East/Midtown Estero Village) is a proposed 224 unit multi-family development on 34 acres, located in the community of Estero, 15 miles southeast of Fort Myers, in Lee County, Florida.  More specifically, the vacant land is located on the east side of Three Oaks Parkway approximately ½ mile south of the intersection with Corkscrew Road.  The south branch of the Estero River runs through the property providing a unique environmental feature. Wide preserve areas will be provided adjacent to the river as an enhancement to the natural waterway and many large oaks, pine and palm trees will be retained onsite.

The project is attractively positioned adjacent to the Estero Town Commons retail center, and various restaurants have recently opened in the area.  The project has convenient access to I-75, and the beautiful Gulf Beaches of southwest Florida.  The nearby Germain Area and Florida Gulf Coast University provide venues for concerts, sporting and cultural events as well as state of the art educational facilities.  Within minutes, are several popular shopping facilities including Miromar Outlets, and the open-air shopping and dining complex, Coconut Point. Construction of commercial and retail facilities in the Estero community continues and architectural and landscape design standards are implemented to ensure that an attractive and unified community vision is reached.
