The Kendall’s Colonial Plantation project (a.k.a. Midtowne Village) is an approximately 75 acre parcel of land located in Fort Myers, Florida.  Specifically, the property is just south of Colonial Boulevard and strategically situated just east and fronting approximately 3000 feet of a four lane divided roadway known as Plantation Road Extension - east of Plantation Extension.  Plantation Road Extension is a newly constructed facility and is expected to provide an essential north-south corridor between central Fort Myers and the City of Fort Myers.  Vehicular access from the subject site to Plantation Extension will include a full movement access point along the midpoint of the western property line, and two right-in / right-out access points. 

The site plan includes a 20.5 acre church complex, 42.5 acres mixed use, and a minimum of 8 outparcels fronting Plantation Extension, totaling approximately 12 acres.
