Teri Gevinson, Principal & Co-Founder

Teri Gevinson is both a principal and co-founder of Ascot Development.  Ms. Gevinson’s primary focus is on land acquisition and entitlement.  Her success has been predicated on her uncanny skill for recognizing under-utilized, non-entitled land in or adjacent to large population growth centers. Once she identifies an opportunity, Ms. Gevinson then uses her vast real estate experience to guide her project managers through the planning, zoning, and development stages.  Ms. Gevinson works tirelessly to insure that the framework of land entitlements and conditions are designed to achieve maximum land use in balance with environmental and community standards.

Ms. Gevinson has developed relationships with key private and institutional investors, as well as with many of the country’s best known builders and developers in the firm’s efforts to create world-class residential and mixed-use communities.

Ms. Gevinson lives in Delray Beach, Florida with her husband Mitch and their two children Sloane and Harris.
