Delray Marketplace is a 320,000 square foot mixed use outdoor mall, combined with 86 residential units, on 40 acres located on Atlantic Avenue and Lyons Road in Delray Beach, Florida.  The mall is designed around a traditional “main street” with on-street parking, pedestrian friendly sidewalks, covered walkways, store fronts, fountains and promenades.  The street is anchored by an upscale grocery at one end and a 16-screen theater complex at the other.  The focal point in the development is a multi-use town center for special events, farmers markets, and art shows.  The festive architecture of the project highlights the equestrian nature of the area and includes many focal points, landscaped gardens, and outdoor seating.

Adjacent to Delray Marketplace, Ascot is developing Whitworth Farms PUD, a 380 unit residential development project.  Together the two projects will bring an exciting blend of desirable residential living and a community shopping plaza all designed to support and enhance the local community.
